Reporting to the Sales Director but helping a regional salesman for hitting certain commission targets.

The job holder will be learning from the Regional Salesman and learning all the functions of the role in a junior capacity with opportunities to be promoted into a regional salesperson.
The role will be split between sales support and tele-sales to give the Junior Salesman a complete over view of the role.
Targets will be set for call numbers and leads, but the junior salesman is only expected to pass leads and not close the sale.
The junior salesman will also be able to pass leads to our other divisions for our other products.

• To ensure that the company’s vision and values are upheld when dealing with staff/customers and third parties
• Hitting call stats and lead stats
• Passing leads to our other divisions
• Cleansing the data constantly
• Splitting their responsibility between admin and tele-sales
• Representing the company in a professional manner and with due regard to the compliance requirements of the organisation.

Qualifications/Experience Essential
• Must have experience in tele-sales

Skills/Abilities Essential
• Must be able to make 50 calls per day as well as spend 50% of their time doing administration duties.
• Must be performance driven
• Must be willing to learn for a minimum of 12 months before a more senior role will be considered
• Must be a team player
