Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Representative
Location: Tamworth
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Here at Ingold Recruitment we are currently working on an exciting new vacancy to join a busy and growing Tamworth based company as a Customer Service Representative who's main purpose will be to ensure the smooth running of the customers business and support and develop profitable sales.

Key Tasks as a Customer Service Representative:
-Liaise with all relevant internal departments to achieve a high standard of customer service
-To review performance against agreed objectives & targets (KPI's)
-Take every opportunity to develop sales from enquires
-To notify relevant personnel of customer purchasing trends
-To take every opportunity to sell the full breadth of products to customers
-To add value to both ours and the customers business
-Maintain good communication at all times in keeping customers informed of the status of their orders
-Sage: Sales Order & Purchase Order Payments & Credit Control
-To record and follow up on quotations
-To respond to and follow up on sample requests
-Process standing or call off orders in accordance with the correct procedures
-To assist in the notification of price increases
-To discuss and respond to customer needs
-To investigate, report and resolve customer complaints
-Answer the telephone promptly and professionally and in accordance with company policy
-Provide support to external sales personnel
Comply with all Quality procedure applicable to role as outlined in company manual
-Utilise departmental IT resources effectively and in accordance with all company policy
-Understand and comply with all health and safety notices
-Co-Operate on all matters concerned with any health, safety, training, legislative and environmental matters
-Comply with all Environmental procedures, objectives & targets set by the business
-Carry out any other reasonable task beneficial to the company if requested by management
