Salary:£18,000 - £19,500 Per Annum Dependent on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our blue chip customer. They are looking for an additional staff member to join their busy customer service department and to become an integral part of the team.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a busy call centre and as a Customer Service Advisor be able to demonstrate the ability to manage large amounts of inbound calls whilst adhering to high company standards and procedures. Previous compliance experience would be beneficial.

You will be able to prove your ability to contribute to the business development by delivering first class customer service, maintaining accurate records, dealing with complaints and a thorough understanding of processes and procedures.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor applicant will also need the ability to multi task and manage time efficiently, have strong initiative and be driven for results.

You will need great communication skills both verbal and written, have strong organisational skills, be computer literate and numerate.
