Job Title: Administrator

Here at Ingold Recruitment we are currently seeking an administrator to provide day to day administrative support in various aspects of the enrolment department. This is a permanent, full time role with core hours of business being 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As an administrator your general duties will include:

Dealing with/responding to written and verbal enquiries and following through accordingly
Maintaining the enrolment database in an accurate and timely manner
Generating own Correspondence and assisting with general mail outs as required
Dealing with applications and associated administration
Attending, contributing and taking minutes of meetings
Have a comprehensive understanding of the business
Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a customer service environment
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
Previous Administration experience
Experience of inputting, monitoring and managing databases
Understands and complies with data protection requirements
Minute taking experience is ideal
